- Crew Leader
- This position will be full-time, with opportunity for over time, and is year-round work. We offer on-the-job training, as well as sponsor certifications and training through other organizations. We provide benefits such as paid time off, medical insurance, and a 401k plan. The ideal candidate must have a clean, valid driver's license. 2-5 years experience in the landscape industry is strongly desired. Knowledge of plant material, handling, and planting/transplanting procedures, as well as hardscape materials such as pavers, and natural stone for either patios or walls.
- IPM Technician
- This position is full time with opportunity for overtime. We are a full service landscaping company offering year round work. Benefits include paid time off, medical insurance, uniform program, on the job training, and a 401k plan. The ideal candidate will need a clean, valid driver's license. Plant identification is also a must. However, a Maryland Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator's License is not. We are willing to train the right candidate on insect and disease identification and treatment processes, as well as the correct fertilization processes and procedures
- Designer / Draftperson

- Maxalea is an award-winning design/build firm located in Baltimore. We are a talented team of landscape architects and designers who create some of the finest gardens and hardscapes in the Baltimore area. Our specialty is residential design, installation, and maintenance, so we see our projects off the board and into the ground. - Landscape Sales
- This position is full-time and exempt with commission, selling a full scope of landscape design-build services. The ideal candidate will have a clean valid driver’s license as a company vehicle is provided. A working knowledge of landscape practices and plant identification is preferred. Landscape design and or past sales experience required. Will be expected to develop their own leads and contacts and close sales. Computer proficient, excel-skills a plus.
- Administrative Assistant
- This position may be full or part time supporting various office personnel. Must be proficient in MS Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Proof-reading and editing will be expected.
- Laborer
